Team Owner & Director
Shelby Dixon
Shelby is the founder and previous head coach for ProForce. Today she focuses on the management of the teams success and assist in coaching where needed. She established the team off of the decommissioning of a former major league lacrosse team, and the rest is history. Shelby is a former Carolina Panthers TopCat and former Charlotte Hornets Honey Bee. She prides herself in leading this team to be equally as desirable as other major league teams in the Queen City, as well as the Southeast.

Brandi Smith
Brandi recently accepted the role as the teams new Head Coach. She also serves as the Assistant Director. Outside of her work life, she is a mother to her beautiful daughter Ava, and is now in her second season as a
Carolina Panthers Topcat!
